Spinal Rehabilitation - Regain the fullness of life without pain!

DIAGNOSIS AND THERAPY

Evaluation/study

Interview, examination, and evaluation of symptoms, including location, type of pain, its variability, and possible accompanying symptoms (tingling, numbness, etc.) are also conducted in this part.

Additionally, clues indicating the possibility of a serious pathology of non-mechanical origin are identified, which will result in referral for further diagnosis using advanced diagnostic methods (X-rays, computer tomography, etc.).

Physical/manual therapy

Each pain syndrome of a specific spinal segment requires the implementation of a specific movement/manual procedure appropriate to the symptoms and their cause. Utilizing information from the assessment, the clinician will guide you through specific exercises. If your problem is resistant to exercises, the physiotherapist may use manual techniques until independent performance of the dedicated exercise is possible.

The aim of therapy is the most effective reduction/elimination of pain by targeting its source, in as few sessions as possible.

As part of the therapy, you will receive special, precise, individual therapeutic exercise along with a schedule for home use and advice on postures and behaviors to adhere to and those to avoid during the treatment period.

Prevention

After achieving full improvement/elimination of pain, you will receive a personalized set of exercises to reduce the chances of recurrence.

The lack of proper causative therapy for pain results in a high probability of recurrence - in about 90% of improperly treated cases, recurrences occur over time.

You will learn how to quickly deal with symptoms in case of recurrence, so that you will be able to help yourself without waiting for a visit to a physiotherapist or doctor.

Our mission is simple - to reduce/eliminate pain by addressing the root cause of the pain. Professionally, safely, and optimally in terms of time.
